You have 31 days to return an item from the date that you purchase it.
To be eligible for a return here at Puras Essential Oils, the product that you purchased must be unused, still in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you purchased it.
We require the original receipt or proof of purchase to be eligible for a return.
Once we have received your item, we will let you know that we’ve received it and that we are in the process of evaluating the items. We will let you know the status of your refund/replacement as soon as we have finished the inspections.
If we approve your refund, we will require you to send us your banking details and process the refund and you will receive it within 14 working days.
Sales items (if applicable)
Sales items are not eligible for refund. Only regular priced items may be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please drop us a message via Whatsapp at +6011 1668 3033 with photos of damaged items as a proof.
You will be responsible for paying the costs of shipping your item back to us. The costs of shipping are non-refundable and non-negotiable. If you are issued a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from it.
