How to use

1. Blending: Feel free to create your own blends using the recipes provided in the QR Code at the back of the box. The essential oil recipes are based on a suggested ratio, not an exact number of drops.

Example: Sweet Dreams

Lavender (4), Frankincense (2), Orange (1)

This means for every 4 drops of Lavender, you would use 2 drops of Frankincense and 1 drop of Orange. You can increase or decrease the total number of drops as long as you maintain this same ratio.

2. Aromatic (Diffuser): For every 100ml of water, add 3-5 drops of essential oil/ blend to your diffuser.

3. Topical (Roll-On): For a 10ml roller bottle, blend a total of 10 drops (5%) of your chosen essential oils (or less than 10 drops). Fill the rest of the bottle with a carrier oil such as Jojoba, MCT, Grapeseed, or Tamanu Oil.
