- PURAS membership status will be reviewed at the end of 12 months from the join date.
- To maintain GLOW status, spend a minimum of RM300 and above (can be in a single receipt or accumulated) online or in-stores during the 12-month membership period.
- To maintain LUXE status, spend a minimum of RM2,000 and above (can be in a single receipt or accumulated) online or in-stores during the 12-month membership period.
- GLOW members who spend RM2,000 in accumulated receipts within the membership calendar year will be automatically upgraded to LUXE member status from the date of achieved.
- Membership and points validity will be 12 months from the date of upgrade.
- Make a purchase at PURAS online or in-stores.
- Sign up and complete your membership profile BEFORE your purchase.
- Spend RM300 and above in a single receipt to become a PURAS GLOW Member and RM2,000 and above in accumulated receipt and be eligible for points collection and membership perks.
- Spending below RM300 in a single receipt does not qualify for GLOW Membership but you are still eligible for points collection and redemption.
- To check your points, navigate to the 'My Card' tab on the loyalty homepage.
- To redeem and enjoy welcome vouchers, points, and birthday gifts, visit any PURAS stores (online/in-stores).
- Members can earn points with purchases on PURAS online and in-stores only.
- Marketplaces and other type of reseller or distributor channels are not entitled for points earning.

Is PURAS Loyalty Program membership free?
Yes! Just by signing up and complete the required profile, you can start to earn points and enjoy members-only privileges, access to offers, special events and more.
How do I register for the PURAS Loyalty Program?
Create a free account by going to the registration page here or scan the QR code available in-store. If you have an existing account with PURAS, make sure to use the same email address to receive the OTP code and sign in.
Who can sign up for the PURAS Loyalty Program?
The PURAS Loyalty Program is open to all applicants who meet the membership tier criteria.
How long does it take to start my membership after I login to PURAS Loyalty Program?
Your membership starts immediately upon submission of your completed registration.
Can I transfer my PURAS Loyalty Program membership?
Unfortunately no, the membership is non-transferrable.
What are the different tiers and how do I reach them?
There are three different tiers – GUEST, GLOW and LUXE.
To become:
GUEST: Simply sign up for a PURAS account, with any purchase.
GLOW: Spend RM300 or more in a single receipt.
LUXE: Spend an accumulated amount of RM2,000 in your tier cycle.
When does my tier cycle start and end?
Your tier cycle starts when you join the loyalty program and goes on for 12 months unless your current tier is upgraded. If upgraded, the new tier cycle will get extended for 12 months, ending after 12 months from the date of the upgrade. The tier end date is also known as your tier expiry date.
E.g. I joined the loyalty program on 1 Jan 2025 and got upgraded to LUXE on 20 Mar 2025.
- Original tier cycle: 1 Jan 2025 to 31 Dec 2025 (12 months or 365 days)
- New tier cycle after upgrade: 20 Mar 2025 to 19 Mar 2026 (12 months or 365 days; assuming no further tier upgrades in this period).
What happen if I could not meet the spending requirement by the tier cycle?
If you did not meet the spending requirement (GLOW or LUXE), you will be downgraded to either GUEST or GLOW tier for the next year.
During this period, If you meet the spending requirement, you will be able to upgrade to the next tier.
The details will be reflected in your PURAS Loyalty Overview.
How do I delete my PURAS account?

How do I view my points?
Your personal PURAS Points will be reflected in your PURAS Loyalty’s My Card Status once you’ve logged in.
How do I earn points?
You will earn 1 Point, for every RM you spent online*(exclude shipping fees) or in-store.
*For online purchases, your loyalty transaction details will be updated upon payment received. Kindly refer to "My Order" section for the order status.
How long does it take for my points to reflect in my membership account?
In-Store: Your transaction will be reflected in your membership account after your purchase.
Online: Your transaction will be reflected in your membership account upon received of payment.
Can I transfer my points?
No, points are non-transferable.
Will I still earn points if I use any discount coupons?
Yes, points are awarded to nett spend after deducting discount coupons.
How can I redeem with my points?
Log into your PURAS account, go to Redeem My Reward page and choose the reward you would like to redeem with your available points.
Can I cancel my reward upon redeemed?
No, rewards redeemed are not refundable.
