Yes! Just by signing up and complete the required profile, you can start to earn points and enjoy members-only privileges, access to offers, special events and more.
Create a free account by going to the registration page here or scan the QR code available in-store. If you have an existing account with PURAS, make sure to use the same email address to receive the OTP code and sign in.
The PURAS Loyalty Program is open to all applicants who meet the membership tier criteria.
Your membership starts immediately upon submission of your completed registration.
Unfortunately no, the membership is non-transferrable.
There are three different tiers – GUEST, GLOW and LUXE.
To become:
GUEST: Simply sign up for a PURAS account, with any purchase.
GLOW: Spend RM300 or more in a single receipt.
LUXE: Spend an accumulated amount of RM2,000 in your tier cycle.
Your tier cycle starts when you join the loyalty program and goes on for 12 months unless your current tier is upgraded. If upgraded, the new tier cycle will get extended for 12 months, ending after 12 months from the date of the upgrade. The tier end date is also known as your tier expiry date.
E.g. I joined the loyalty program on 1 Jan 2025 and got upgraded to LUXE on 20 Mar 2025.
- Original tier cycle: 1 Jan 2025 to 31 Dec 2025 (12 months or 365 days)
- New tier cycle after upgrade: 20 Mar 2025 to 19 Mar 2026 (12 months or 365 days; assuming no further tier upgrades in this period).
If you did not meet the spending requirement (GLOW or LUXE), you will be downgraded to either GUEST or GLOW tier for the next year.
During this period, If you meet the spending requirement, you will be able to upgrade to the next tier.
The details will be reflected in your PURAS Loyalty Overview.

Points FAQs
Your personal PURAS Points will be reflected in your PURAS Loyalty’s My Card Status once you’ve logged in.
You will earn 1 Point, for every RM you spent online*(exclude shipping fees) or in-store.*For online purchases, your loyalty transaction details will be updated upon payment received. Kindly refer to "My Order" section for the order status.
In-Store: Your transaction will be reflected in your membership account after your purchase.
Online: Your transaction will be reflected in your membership account upon received of payment.
No, points are non-transferable.
Yes, points are awarded to nett spend after deducting discount coupons.
Log into your PURAS account, go to Redeem My Reward page and choose the reward you would like to redeem with your available points.
No, rewards redeemed are not refundable.
