Lavender:
Widely known for its therapeutic properties, which work wonders with any kind of tension. Soothes burned or wounded skin.

Quiet Moment:
- Lavandula angustifolia (Lavender) oil,
- Salvia sclarea (Clary sage) oil,
- Anthemis nobilis (Chamomile Roman) flower oil,
- Boswellia carterii (Frankincense) oil,
- Origanum majorana (Marjoram) leaf oil,
- Citrus bergamia (Bergamot) peel oil expressed,
- Vetiveria zizanoides (Vetiver) root oil.
Lavender:

1. Diffuse for 1-3 hours, 3 times daily. Recommend: Add 3-5 drops of essential oil per 100ml of water.
2. For topical application, dilute with carrier oil to 0.5-2% before applying to the desired area.
